‘Working in partnership with ProVQ over many years has been a pleasure, they are a massive asset to our company and work alongside us as a vehicle manufacturer to ensure that our apprentices are given the best possible education and on-going support.

ProVQ Ltd is an innovative and aspirational training organisation that provides apprenticeships for disciplines in the automotive sector, for learners from all over the country. Their professional team of friendly staff are the company’s best assets and they ensure the standards and quality of training delivery at their bespoke training facility in Atcham are amongst the highest in the automotive education sector.

Their modern training rooms and well equipped workshops ensure that learners undertaking a career in the automotive sector are given the best chance possible to achieve their full potential whilst undertaking their studies. Working in tandem with the training facilities, the longstanding ProVQ assessor team of industry experts guide and support learners at their places of work. A ProVQ apprenticeship ensures learners are given a great start to a successful future and that they are well readied for their careers ahead in the automotive industry and beyond.

I would recommend ProVQ to any organisation looking to develop an apprenticeship programme.’

Ray Watts, Training Manager Mitsubishi Motors in the UK

‘I have worked with ProVQ as a supplier to business I have managed since 2006 . During that time they have provided support for apprentice programs at both Nationwide (later Halfords) Autocentres and latterly at Protyre. My experience of them at both organisations was extremely positive.

I have found them to be very competent across the range of activities involved in our programs; initial screening and recruitment of the apprentices, managing the organisation of the program (including the pastoral care involved) dealing with the financial aspects, helping our own managers understand how to get the best out of the program and the apprentices and, most crucially, delivering training and support to our apprentices in an way that is both effective and motivational. They have the facilities, people, experience and commitment to be able to deliver what we need

Our program at Protyre began this year, so  is a very recent start up and ProVQ’s experience has been critical in ensuring that we make a positive start. Having met and talked to our first set of apprentices recently, I am confident we have achieved that objective.

At Nationwide we grew the program to over 200 apprentices during the 5 years I was CEO and while doing so increased the scope of the services ProVQ provided, so that they acquired responsibility for delivering training as well as recruitment services. We were very satisfied with the quality of the apprentices graduating from the program and with the smooth and cost effective way the program was operated.

Above all their commitment to deliver quality, both to the organisations they work for and the apprentices they train, has been consistent in every aspect of my involvement with them.’
