‘I have worked with ProVQ as a supplier to business I have managed since 2006 . During that time they have provided support for apprentice programs at both Nationwide (later Halfords) Autocentres and latterly at Protyre. My experience of them at both organisations was extremely positive.
I have found them to be very competent across the range of activities involved in our programs; initial screening and recruitment of the apprentices, managing the organisation of the program (including the pastoral care involved) dealing with the financial aspects, helping our own managers understand how to get the best out of the program and the apprentices and, most crucially, delivering training and support to our apprentices in an way that is both effective and motivational.
