Development Coach – Mercedes-Benz Apprenticeship Programme

We currently have 3 x Development Coach vacancies… locations of these vacancies are as follows:

  • West London
  • North London

Purpose of job:

The Development Coach / Field Assessor is responsible for all day to day aspects of the Apprenticeship Programme taking place at, or involving, the learner’s place of work.

Responsibilities would include monitoring all components of learner progress through to achievement of learner and completing workplace inductions for all new learners as detailed in current procedures

Please note you must have experience working in the automotive/motor trade industry.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A-units or equivalent
  • Appropriate level of occupational qualification and competence
  • Full Driving Licence holder

Desirable qualifications:

  • Relevant Health & Safety Qualification
  • Safeguarding courses
  • V-Units or equivalent

Measurable performance:

  • Learner progression to target 95% of learners no more than the previous action plan behind progress
  • Timely completion of Assessment and Review documentation
  • Assessment practices to meet Awarding Body standards
  • Observation of Assessments to meet Ofsted grade 2
  • Learner visits 8 weekly visit cycle met
  • Other KPI’s as appropriate
